Cancellations made up to 7 days before check-in are eligible for a refund of 50%.
No refunds will be given for cancellations less than 7 days before check-in.
No smoking anywhere on premises (indoors or outside). There will be an air cleaning fee plus $500 fee if there is detection of smoking of any kind.
Any violation of rules is grounds for immediate removal

Illegal activity - be it physical, virtual, or digital - is strictly prohibited
Any unauthorized manipulation of security (cameras, alarm, door locks, etc.) internet equipment and house mechanicals will result in immediate cancellation without refund and will result in a $500 fine.
Toilet paper is the only item that is permitted to be flushed. No tissues, paper towels or feminine products please.
Please avoid using regular hand/bath towels with all skin products (makeup, tanning/bronzers, lotions, etc).
